Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers who ship items directly to you, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must have all original tags and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or sale items

Personalized or custom items

Accessories, hair bows, hats, socks, or undergarments

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, though special circumstances may be honored.
If you need a different size or style, please:

Submit a return request for the original item (if eligible)

Place a new order for the replacement item
This helps ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Return Process
To start a return:

Email us at allie@graceandscott.com within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number and reason for return

If approved (will usually take 1-2 days), we’ll provide return instructions specific to your item
⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping costs are not refunded
If the returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, a refund may not be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly with our supplier to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
